Ahli keluarga aku ni, termasuk diri akulah..kalau flu atau demam, aku suka bawa mereka jalan2 keluarkan peluh. Teori aku ialah apabila peluh keluar, toksin badan pun keluar. Bila toksin badan keluar dari peluh, kotoran dalam darah pun keluar. Sel2 akan dapat renew.. Bila berjalan, kita expose kulit kita kepada oksigen, banyak oksigen kita sedut. Kalau duduk baring diam saja dalam rumah, rumah yang agak lembap, berdebu akan masuk ke dalam hidung kita dan terus ke paru-paru...buatkan kita tak sihat pernafasan. Ini teori aku lah hasil daripada pembelajaran dan pengalaman bertahun-tahun sebagai orang medical ni..
Semalam kami seluruh keluarga pergi ke Palm Beach, Resort Sematan. Bawa anak2 mandi di Swimming Pool dan juga bermain di pantai. Bertolak dari rumah pukul 1.30petang, sampai destinasi dalam jam 4.15pm. Hari masih panas terik...so kami makan bekal dulu. Lebih kurang jam 5pm kami pun mandi swimming Pool. happy gila Kasih dan Olive mandi, cuma tak berkesempatan nak ambil gambar untuk kenangan. Bertolak balik jam 6pm dan singgah di Donu Baa Garden Cafe jam 7.30petang. Makan dan minum skejap baru kami pulang.
Sampai rumah badan ku rasa lemah, Kepala berdenyut2 sakit. Akhirnya sebelum tidur aku terpaksa menelan 2 biji panadol. Pagi tadi bangun saja aku terus telan lagi 2 biji Panadol..sebab aku takut aku lemah tak berdaya nak kerja pagi ini.
